Cloud card related card settings
1. Must use C6 or above genuine licensed TF card, C10 speed card is the best (water card, informal licensed driving recorder card or upgrade card may cause equipment failure, seriously affecting equipment use).
2. When the card is correctly inserted into the card slot, it can obviously feel the rebound.
3. Once the SIM flow card is plugged into the machine, please do not replace it with other machines. If there is any special use, please consult customer service staff.
4. Before the SIM card is inserted into the machine, the machine must be turned off. The cloud mirror does not currently support the flow card hot plugging.
Crash
Note: The machine does not reflect any key, there is a crash, how to solve
A. Check if the machine is in the recording state. If it is, please pause the recording and perform other operations.
B. Reset the machine (press the RESET button);
C. Shut down the memory card, and then check if the button can be operated.
D. If you can remove the button, please replace it with a memory card. It is recommended to use a high-speed card with C10 or higher.
Recorder blur
A. Remove the protective film from the camera and wipe the lens clean.
B. Whether the windshield is not clean enough, wipe it with a rag.
WIFI connection is not available, no WIFI hotspot
Description of the problem: The rearview mirror cannot be connected to the wifi, nor can it form a wifi hotspot.
Solution: WIFI connection may not be related to WIFI transmission source (mobile phone hotspot or home WIFI device IP allocation). The mobile phone or WIFI transmission source does not restart for a long time, which will cause the hardware cache to fail and the WIFI connection fails. In this case, you can try to power off your home WIFI or mobile hotspot for about 1 minute, then try again. Try again by restoring the mirror to factory settings.
If the rear view mirror does not form a WIFI hotspot, you need to turn on the blue small switch and set the password. Rear view mirror WIFI hotspots generally do not support large-volume video viewing, otherwise the card internal traffic will be consumed too quickly.
In short, when you have used various methods to deal with the rearview mirror problem, please try to restore the factory settings. In the "System Settings" interface, click "Restore Factory Settings". If you still can't solve it, please call the sales agent or the manufacturer's after-sales service.
Shutdown interface appears repeatedly after booting
Description of the problem: When the machine is installed, or when testing, the shutdown screen appears repeatedly after booting.
Solution: Please check whether the AB line is in good contact; check whether the external power supply is connected virtually; check if the external power supply is more than 11V, and the current is more than 1A; any of the above is not satisfied, this will cause this phenomenon.
Network delay, connection timeout
Problem Description: The smart rearview mirror indicates that the network connection failed or the connection timed out.
Solution: When encountering such problems, first check if the network traffic card has been inserted. The network traffic card can only be inserted when the power is off. Therefore, before installing the mirror, insert the flow card first, then power it on again. The traffic card network failed. If the usage is unreasonable, the traffic will be consumed in advance and the server will terminate the service. Naturally, the network cannot be connected.
[About the description of the flow card]:
The normal voice control of the device, online navigation, and the uninterrupted use of traffic for one month consumes about 150M; therefore, the conventional factory-supplied flow card generally meets the conditions of use.
The following Internet habits can cause insufficient or fast traffic, and run out of traffic for a short period of time:
A: Online music: Generally, the size of a song is 3-30M (about 30M for lossless music and 3-7M for normal music); so you can calculate how many concerts you have heard to cause the traffic to run out of standard.
[Note] When the same song is heard for the second time, it does not consume traffic, and the system will read it from the cache.
B: Download map: The maps used by the rearview mirrors are generally online maps, and there is no need to download offline data. The system has intelligently judged the map data needed to update the roads of the road. If it does not go often, the system will not update the data when the vehicle is not available. Therefore, the flow rate of the flow card is completely sufficient. However, some customers prefer to download offline data, which will cause the traffic to be consumed too quickly. (This type of user can use the free WIFI wireless download.)
C: Online video: When using the rearview mirror to watch videos online, it will cause huge traffic consumption. Generally, a HDTV or movie is about 1G in size, which means that half of the movie will cause 500M of traffic to run out.
GPS does not locate, signal drift
Description of the problem: The machine does not receive satellites, does not locate, and the vehicle logo does not go after entering the map equipment planning path.
Solution: GPS satellite signals cannot penetrate garages, bridges, tunnels, so GPS signals cannot be located in these places. Please drive the car to an open road.
After arriving on the road, if you still can't locate, open the map satellite interface and observe if there is satellite signal. The available GPS number is only greater than 3 to calculate the position. If it is still not possible to locate within 2 minutes, check if the GPS antenna is plugged in and placed properly. The GPS antenna black receiving block is generally buried in the A-pillar of the car, and the black surface faces the car, and the silver magnet surface is attached to the A-pillar iron frame of the car.
[Note]: The black receiving block of the antenna cannot be placed on the roof of the car, so that it cannot receive the star and cannot be blocked or covered by metal objects.
Smart rearview mirror has no sound
Description of the problem: I can't hear the sound of the rear view mirror, or the music has sound, and the other is silent.
Solution: Please confirm whether the rear view mirror has FM emission enabled. If it is, please turn it off; if the FM is off or there is no sound, please confirm if the system volume sound is too small, please adjust the system sound to the maximum; if not, please Click Settings - System Settings - Restore Factory Settings.
Smart rear view mirror Bluetooth has no sound or sound
Description of the problem: The owner's mobile phone is connected to the person after connecting the rearview mirror, and the owner can hear it, but the other party can't hear it.
solution:
A. There are three kinds of sound sound channels on the mobile phone: earpiece, speaker, and Bluetooth. Please select Bluetooth on your phone, otherwise it will be silent;
B. During the Bluetooth call, you can adjust the volume through the volume plus or minus buttons on the Bluetooth interface of the rear view mirror, and adjust the volume of the mobile phone appropriately.
C, Bluetooth microphone head sound hole is generally located in the lower position of the navigation body. Please be sure not to be blocked by stickers or dirt, otherwise it will be silent;
D, the FM function of the rear view mirror is turned on, please turn off, otherwise the Bluetooth is silent;
E, the environment is noisy, please speak close to the device.
Smart rearview mirror black screen, can not open the machine
Problem Description: The machine can't be turned on. Sometimes the boot screen will be displayed after the black screen and it will restart automatically.
Solution: Check the wiring. Especially the 12V yellow line of normal fire and black ground. It is possible that loose contact is not good. Another possibility is that the yellow line may be mistakenly connected to the air conditioner, as long as the air conditioner is turned on, it will affect the voltage.
How can I not display the reverse image when reversing?
There is a lot of possibility about reversing the problem that the reversing image cannot be displayed. Please check the following possibilities:
1. Double recording, whether the single recording machine uses the wrong power cord.
2. Is the reversing light on when reversing? Is the camera LED light on? If it is not bright, the line may not be connected. Or camera problems, check the line or replace the camera.
3. Determine if the trigger line GND is grounded. The single-recording machine reversing trigger line has two red, black and red, and the general car is connected to a red line, but some cars such as Volkswagen POLO need to be connected to GND.
4. Double recording machine, no image can be reversed, but manual switching can be displayed. After the display, there is no problem in reversing. It is likely that the program has not been updated to the latest version.
Double recording machine can not switch normally after recording
1. The BMW B line (long one) of the power cord cannot be mixed with the single recording machine, or the double recording machine is inserted into the single recorded BMW B line, and the inside of the machine is damaged.
2, the power line A, B BMW line can not be inserted, whether or not the anti-stagnation card position is inserted.
3, after the recording camera is not inserted to the end, the plug is not in place, causing poor contact.
4. Whether the BMW line has been extended privately and the signal is lost.
5. After the installation is finished, check if there is the latest online upgrade software.
6. Is it the first host to boot, plug in the camera after booting, this is an illegal hot plug camera.
After the flameout is cut off, the countdown anti-theft sleep is entered, but the picture cannot be transmitted via WeChat.
1. Whether the mobile phone WeChat version is up to date, whether the device is successfully bound.
2. After the machine enters the anti-theft sleep, the network is disconnected due to the special parking position (such as closed environment, underground parking lot, electromagnetic shielding interference area).
3. Contact the manufacturer's back office; check the status of the SIM card.
After the flameout is cut off, it does not enter the countdown 30 seconds of anti-theft sleep, but directly shut down for 10 seconds or shut down directly.
1. The anti-theft settings in the normal settings of the machine itself are turned off. To enter the anti-theft sleep, click Open.
2. When the machine is turned off, it is not connected to the cloud background (that is, there is no network), and the machine cannot enter the anti-theft sleep.
3. There is no 10 seconds countdown, but the black screen is turned off immediately after power off. It is a normal power connection error. Please check the normal line connection.
4. Check if the ACC part of the electrical power supply line is installed correctly and the wire insurance is good.
In normal use, suddenly black screen, or restart
1. The quality of the memory card, you can replace the licensed (C6/C10) TF card.
2. Confirm that the power supply line is loose and the wire insurance is intact.
After starting up, the radar always prompts to detect the radar signal and sounds a beep.
1. Is there an electronic dog in the car or an inductive signal source around the car?
2. The radar of some special models has interference with the equipment, such as Audi.
3: Turn on the electronic dog settings and set the speed to mute.
4. After the above two cases are excluded, you can contact the factory engineer to solve it.

Do not connect to cloud service after booting
1. Determine the flow card that is matched to this machine.
2. Make sure the SIM card is inserted into the card slot correctly.
3. Make sure that the copper surface of the SIM card contact surface is not damaged, and there is no dirt or the like that affects the contact.
4. Confirm that the SIM card slot is good, and use the test card that can be normally connected to the card slot to test whether it can be networked normally.
5. Report the card number or ICCID code to the factory background to check if the status of the SIM card is normal.
6. It is recommended that the implementation of the machine card is not separated, that is, each machine uses a factory-matched SIM flow card.
7. The location of the device, whether the network signal is covered and stable.
8. The boot can connect to the network normally. After a short break, it can't connect to the network. It is normal to reset or reboot. Repeatedly, the SIM card slot may be loose and the contact is poor. You can put a layer of adhesive tape on the SIM card to thicken it and try again. (Because your SIM card is too thin).

2. Click on the settings of the main interface of the device--search satellite positioning to check whether the satellite signal at the bottom of the screen is normal and whether the GPS is turned on.
